Everything came in a timely manner and the quality is very good

I ordered a 16 inch kinky straight wig with pre everything and no mesh in top. What I received was a wig that is 16 inches at the bottom, other lengths on top. It has mesh. She said that wig did not come in all lace. These whole lace wigs are too expensive to be sent the wrong wig. I literally had to enlarge her ad and send it to her where it says no mesh. When i told her I wanted to send it back, she sent me a whole page of rules for return and added everything would be at my expense. I am very disappointed.

The wig I received looked nothing like the website image. It should have been a long blended brown to dark blonde ombre, but it was natural black hair with patchy, clumpy gold that were completely uneven from one side to the other. No blending between the 2 stark colors at all. And even worse it that it had lice eggs all over. I decided to send this information to the seller and the response was it didn't look like the wig they packaged, and the eggs were only LINT! So I followed up with the video of opening their package and the wig upon removal from t he box, and close up and video of the lice nits. They offered a return - 20% restocking fees. NOT WORTH MY TIME AND EFFORT - WIG GOES IN THE TRASH. I wish I could share images with this warning, I mean review, but it doesn't look like that is possible, anyway don't fall for this like I did because a very popular YouTuber shares their wigs all the time making them look beautiful (like I did). :(
