PrestigeFlyReviews of prestigefly.com

I had the pleasure of having Jeremy as my agent, (now I call him my family) because he was very well versed, patient and extremely helpful in answering all my questions, made me very comfortable with the entire process. I can't wait to make travel plans again with his guidance.

Excellent service. Extremely reliable, prompt and responsive. Great experience that I strongly recommend.

Jeremy was amazing. Organized, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Never thought I would fly business class for this cheap. Thanks again!

Working with Ben for several years now. Never disappointed. He truly tries to make it happen for me.

Working with Jeremy showed me just how valuable a truly exceptional travel agent can be. My mother had planned a complex cruise with multiple guests joining and leaving at different segments, and Jeremy handled every detail seamlessly—securing business class tickets for everyone at remarkably good prices. Things became even more complicated when my mother had an accident and needed to cancel part of the trip. Once again, Jeremy stepped in without hesitation and guided us through the process, helping us successfully obtain refunds for the tickets. Jeremy goes beyond professionalism—he’s resourceful, proactive, and genuinely committed to his clients. He thinks creatively, solves problems quickly, and delivers outstanding service every step of the way. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Andy was amazing . He gave us the best deal. We got the tickets and seats in advance. Very professional and attentive. Great experience. I recommend this company.

Andy, our rep, went above and beyond to find flights that fit our demanding schedule. Not only found the flights but saved us a substantial amount of money. Would highly recommend

This is the second time my husband and I have had Jeremy at PrestigeFly help us! First to Auckland and back and now to Bangkok! His pricing is better than anyone else we checked and he’s so thoughtful about connection times and coordinating seating. We’re so grateful to have found PrestigeFly and Jeremy!4/10/2026
