BUYER/SELLER BEWARE — I would not trust this business with a valuable asset. I left my boat with this company after Javi, one of their main salespeople, convinced me he would sell it for me. Six months later, the boat still had not been sold, and during that time I repeatedly discovered new damage whenever I went to check on it. Based on what I personally observed and later learned, I believe my boat was being used and/or loaned out while it was supposed to be sitting on their lot waiting to be sold. I found gouges, damaged props, and other issues that were not there when I originally left the boat with them. Also my mechanic told me there was 12 hours added on my boat when I don’t live in the state or have access to my boat during the hours increase. Javi also lost my boat keys and expected me to replace them myself. On another occasion, while I was working on my own boat replacing those keys, he literally went into another client’s RV to take a nap cuz he was hungover. One of the most disturbing issues involved my batteries. My boat had newer, expensive batteries, and I later discovered they had been replaced with approximately 10-year-old Interstate batteries that died shortly afterward. When I confronted Javi about a significant gouge in the boat, he tried to blame my mechanic. My mechanic had documentation and video showing the condition of the boat when it arrived at his shop, yet Javi still refused to take responsibility. Between the different issues, I estimate the damage and related losses cost me more than $10,000. In my experience, Javi was dishonest, irresponsible, and completely untrustworthy with my property. I have also spoken with friends who say they experienced similar problems and were never properly taken care of. DO NOT leave your boat, RV, or other valuable asset here without documenting absolutely everything beforehand. Take detailed photos, videos, serial numbers, battery information, keys, equipment, and the exact condition of your property. My experience with this business rates 0/5 stars. You have been warned.

Not only did they breach our verbal contract, but they returned my truck to me, claiming the repair was a success, when in fact their sublet left the manifold unbolted without gaskets or seals, the vacuum hose unattached, and a rag was left near the engine. This grossly negligent repair did not repair the problem but made matters much worse. Now they don't think they are liable to repair the botched repair. Prestige Wholesale had a duty to ensure good workmanship and safety for the customer. Not a very nice way to treat a customer.
