On 5/23/26 Purchased a WING IT TEE and attempted to contact the online sales but they were closed. Sent email with pictures for customize tee on that same day .Attempted Contact on Tuesday(as someone at the brick and mortar location stated the online sales were closed on the weekend and monday due to Memorial Day Holliday). Contacted store on Tuesday(5/26/26) was advised no one from that department was available left message about Custom Tee with worker. Finally contacted someone on 5/28/26 but shirt was shipped. The female employee could not find my email until I asked her to type my name in the search menu. I am so frustrated they shipped the shirt out without following up with the customer. People stay away from online sales with PRESSEDATL.com the first type experience was horrific. I would not recommend online sales at all. This is my first and last experience with this location. There is more to this story. Rasheeda please do better with your staff...
