I like the fact when your on hold it lets you know where your at in line. People always courteous. Very helpful and make sure all questions answered before they let you go.

Ever since I started chatting with the RX Hope ladies it has been an amazing experience! Caring, kind, witty, and compassionate ladies who have worked with me are AMAZING!!! I have worked with the following ladies: Patsy, Karoline (w/a K), Jessica, and Daphney. I retired 12-31-22 as a Sexual Assault Advocate in a women's Domestice Violence/Sexual Assault Shelter. What made my experience so well was Karoline. Karoline explained I received a welcome package, she explained in detail what was the next step and the process and how long it may take. Karoline was VERY PROFESSIONAL and she gave me hope that I will receive my medication again. Karoline answered every question I asked and very friendly, polite and respectful!!! She was just WONDERFUL!!!

Our family has been greatly supported by Prescription Hope. We were struggling to afford anti seizure medication and this program was a life saver. We felt supported through the whole process and Prescription Hope always took the lead when issues arose dealing with the neurologists office or the manufacturer. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Once my doctor got familiar with the precedures,Prescription Hope took care of the rest.My insurance wouldn't pay, so they save me a lot of money a month. Im very satisfied. I went to the doctor on the eleventh of this month and received my medicines on the eighteenth.
