Chris worked on our prescription…
Chris worked on our prescription request and called us to update us. We're supposed to be receiving my husband's outrageously high drug for $60 per month. Thank you for all your work on this.

Great customer and going above and beyond …
I had an issue with a tracking number and Scott took the initiative to find the information needed and followed up with me. He went an extra mile, and great customer service

I have spoken with Scott many times
I have spoken with Scott many times, for both my account and my moms. He has always been very pleasant, caring, understanding (and if he doesn’t understand my issue he takes the time to listen and find out), patient and thorough. He takes the time to make sure he has answered all of my questions and that I understand the answers. He reminds me of my nephew and that is comforting. (nephew also has all of those qualities)

Extremely helpful

I’m in tears I am so blessed to have found them I was stressing about how I was gonna be able to afford my Ozempic and God made a way through prescription hope and everyone was so nice and sweet

Elaine was…so pleasant to talk to
Elaine was terrific.......................very professional, accurate and really a pleasure to speak with. She explained how the prescription process worked with my doctor and any follow-up that I had to do. Very easy process and she again was very informative. You are extremely lucky to have her on your team.

Kindness matters.
I received an e-mail to call and when I called the lady I was speaking with was very kind and tried to help me and we got disconnected. I called back and spoke to another representative who was very willing to help me. She was able to help me with all the things that I needed to do. She went out of her way to make sure that I knew what had to be done to complete my application process. Both ladies were very kind and did a very good job.
