When you're dealing with the anxiety of not knowing whether you can get your medication at an affordable cost, it's tough! But every phone call with this staff has been outstanding!! Chris followed up on Bill’s meds and called me back to inform me that an error was made in our shipping address and he had the med shipped overnight and we would receive it tomorrow or Saturday. We realize a mistake was made and are very impressed with how resolution was handled!!!!

Every time I called, customer service was polite and answered all of my questions. I was updated on status and the process for uploading my documents was very easy. If I was missing a document, I got a call to complete the process. I had a wonderful experience.
