The meds this company charges you for are FREE from the drug companies. Each Doctor's office has a representative who can help with the paperwork or you can call the companies direct. Phone numbers are on the websites of each Patient Assistance Program.

Been waiting 2 months for meds, always an excuse had doc office on 3 way because they said 2 times they did not get the script. Finally they said all was received. Shipment would be about a month away. Had to have Doc sent to optumn and pay the enormous amount. That is for 1, the other script now the supplier is merging with another supplier. Still waiting but they did bill us for 2 months. I take the this inhalers so I was able to forgo my medicine and give to my 92 year old mother, Still no meds and all they can say is its not their fault and read the fine print of the contract.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY CHARGED $50 FOR DOING HARDLY NOTHING. I CANCELED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK FROM MY INITIAL CALL. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCELED THEY ADVISED ME THAT I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK OR ANY PART OF IT BECAUSE THEY MAILED ME A SMALL PACKET OF FORMS AND FAXED A FORM TO MY DOCTOR. THEY'RE TOTALLY OUT TO SCAM SENIORS.

This company should be forced to close. It's a scam and they are thugs. If you don't pay they will harrass you for years.

It’s a scam, do not sign up with them. I thought they were helping me by only having to pay $50/mo for a medication that costs nearly $1k a month. It’s an “administration fee” You’re just paying them to make a phone call every 90 days to refill the prescription. The application you filled out is the same one you’d fill out with the medication manufacturer, which you can do for FREE. I didn’t know the extent of their scam until I got a text from the manufacturer’s medication assistance department saying my prescription was on its way and here’s the UPS tracking number. I immediately called the sender of the text because I didn’t know who they were. Turns out I’m getting this medication for free! I called PH back and was told how awful the manufacturer is, that they will never send you a prescription that they advocate and fight for you all month long blah blah blah. What they’re really doing is taking $50 a month from people who are already in financial crisis. They are doing things that you could easily do yourself. I called the medication company back and tell them what PH had said. They were appalled. All I have to do is call them every 90 days and they will refill my prescription. But they assured me that PH will not be able to get any information from them about me. They noted it all in my account. After confirming that I was still going to get my medication, I called PH to cancel my account. The woman again began to speak negatively about the medication company. finally telling me “good luck getting your medication“. She said that my account would be canceled and then I was going to receive an email confirming that. Never got an email confirming that. I login and my account is still active and they are still able to charge my card. So now I have to keep pursuing them to make sure they cancel my account. Avoid them like the plague. They are irresponsible and shady.

Horrible! scam from the start. Thank God I put it on a credit card and they removed the charge. but Hope took it to collections so beware!
