I strongly recommend avoiding PrepVia based on my experience I sent my inventory to PrepVia with a total value of approximately $250 I later requested that my inventory be shipped back to me without any further preparation because I no longer wanted to use their service I contacted them several times by email and clearly explained that I wanted my inventory returned but they stopped responding to my messages My products are still in their possession and I have not received my inventory back I also tried calling the phone number provided by the company but I was unable to reach them I have documentation and delivery evidence showing that my inventory was delivered to their facility At this point I am extremely concerned about the situation and I am preparing to report the matter to the police and take further steps to recover my inventory Based on my experience I strongly recommend that other sellers be extremely careful before sending their inventory to PrepVia I would not recommend using this company unless you are completely confident that you can recover your inventory if something goes wrong

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. So that other sellers can see the full picture, here is what our records show: - The shipment arrived without the information we need to process it: onboarding had not been completed, none of the SKUs had scannable barcodes, weights or dimensions, the packages did not carry PrepVia in the recipient name, and eleven inbound records had been created for four packages. - We replied in writing throughout August, including a detailed list of what was missing on August 28, and again on September 11. - No payment was ever collected for our services. The account had no pricing agreed and no payment method on file, and on September 11 we waived all of our fees. - On September 11 we offered to cancel the prep and return everything. The inventory has since been shipped out, as we confirmed by email on October 9. Every new seller starts with an onboarding call and receives a pricing sheet before sending inventory.
