It is a really useful website and i passed the CBT TSA test with no problem at all!

The Criticall Program they offer is a great resource and test to learn the fundamentals. It’s something to give you a great idea what to expect, every department is a little different so expect different sets of testing. This program gives you a great overview of a little bits of things to try and expect. This program has guided me and made my experiences on doing departments tests much easier and makes you feel more confident about taking the test!

This program helped me prepare for my life as dispatcher 911 I wouldn't be able to be one without!

Their website was well organized and every module was present with practice questions. It is very easy and helpful for an individual to get the knowledge he is looking for. You will get everything explained in simpler terms. I would strongly recommend this course from this website as you will be more confident in taking the critcall test. My PrepTerminal experience was extremely positive. I found it easy to use and gave me confidence going into my Critical testing. Because of the PrepTerminal course, the Critical testing I was very well prepared for the Critical test and did very well.

It was great exam,I passed ( critical ) exam with that, I recommended to every one Great experience with the exam, so similar to real exam Trust the exam and practice several times I believe with this exam you will be pass the exam and try to do it fast because real exam need multitasking people

The material that I was given through this course was great and made it very easy to study for the criticall exam. I passed it the first time with all three of the different departments I applied for. Would highly recommend using this to pass your test.

The prep course was not exactly like the actual test but it definitely helpful.
