They exaggerate the information on the actual exam (CBT for TSA/TSO). Lots of extra time wasted on unnecessary material/information. Some other websites are MUCH better. Not worth the $89.

I made the payment and bought a course on Dec 31 and I did not like the course as it was just a pdf of questiona , which will give answers only at the end. And lots of glitch. On Dec 31 itselft I requested for refund. I got an unprofessional rude reply from the team to wait. I sent follow up emails every week. Today its Jan 24, till now noone even bothers to refund even aftr I requested on that day itselft. Its not a legit website and the team do not even care if you face any issue. Its a scam , if you face any issue or need refund , your money will be gone.

is this a hoax? just one timed practice test for APM

I purchased a prep exam for a civil service department. Questions were formed without diligence. The questions are far too easy and simple. You can only access the material in sequential order. Customer service does not respond promptly. I expect to receive a partial or no refund. It was a waste of time and money.

Prepterminal does not work well on an IPad. Have the question ask to identify an object that was not there. I emailed them and they wanted screen shots. I did not have any. I asked for another free 3 day trial and have not heard from them? Use the free trials on the internet that are the same but in smaller numbers.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I did practice courses for hours at night for a week to make sure i got above a 90% when i took the prepterminal exam. when i went to take the actual TSA exam today, NOTHING ON THIS COURSE IS ON THAT TEST. its literally 10 mins long and you match some stick figures. i want my money back. this site says the test is long, its not, and there's MAYBE only 20 questions which gives you a way higher chance of failing. connect the dots, image recognition, x-ray photos and identifying anything and everything on this course, vocab, reading comprehension, written communication, and verbal reasonal WAS NOT ON THE EXAM. I already requested a refund. I'm telling you right now, THIS PREP COURSE should have been the actual TSA EXAM. imagine if I fail after paying for this course and studying my ass off for it. REFUNDDDD

I use this company to prep for the TSA test. The prep materials which they provide is nothing like the actual test. Also, I believe they did me a disservice because I was confused regarding why it was different and was questioning if I took the right test. I've tried to contact them numerous times to obtain a refund however I received no response. Also, they do not provide a phone number. Don't use this company to prep for the TSA test or any other test.

I would give ZERO stars for so called 'Prepterminal'. Full refunds offered but after buying the 4 hour intensive course, I managed to watch the intro video and the first maths video then nothing else. Kept getting an error message saying that there was a problem with THEIR server. I only had a limited time (One day) to do an unannounced SHL test so my purchase was a total waste of money. Tried contacting 'Prepterminal' a few times to request a refund but as yet they have not bothered to respond to me so I guess I have to put this one down to experience. Think twice before purchasing. If there is a problem that isn't your fault, then say goodbye to your money!
