This place is a scam. They sell you a package with hidden extra costs that you must pay for. Do not use this company. They do not do refunds at all. Avoid using this company at all costs. Please report this company to Trading Standards via Citizen Advice.

Total rip off! Don't waste your money! You can't read the ETE files unless you buy their $299 software to read the files.

Possible scam due to the need for very expensive extra software for the PrepAway purchased product. The need for the extra software is slightly unclear and the marketing materials misleading. PreAway product will not run without extra software as this is the only product which will reliably open the ETE file(s) in test mode. Beware.

I should have known better. The first surprise was having to purchase the additional software for ete files. The format seems good but soon in to this I started finding the stated "correct" answers were incorrect so even if the format looks OK the product is useless if the answers are wrong.

Most of the answers are incorrect! How are we supposed to study from it!?

Prepaway is a SCAM. You can only open the downloaded ete-files in a very expensive player! Stay away from them!
