This company is extremely sketchy
This company is extremely sketchy. They only accept PayPal for some reason. I ordered thru PayPal something for over $200 and the customer service representative ABEL MORENI informed me I had put my PayPal payment under the wrong description or something and I would have to request my refund thru PayPal. He was also very unprofessional and sarcastic when I tried to speak with him. I contacted PayPal yesterday and PayPal told me I could cancel the transaction if the transaction is still pending. When I went to look at the transaction, Abel already took my money even after I told him I wanted a refund. Now PayPal tells me there’s nothing they can do and to contact premiumpodzz, I contacted premiumpodzz and surprisingly they all of a sudden aren’t responsive anymore. I’m now in the pain in the ass process of dealing with PayPal to file a report to get my money back, however, I’ll have to wait for at least 10 days for my money to be returned to my account. I will never use this company again, they are the epitome of unprofessionalism and sketchiness.
