We needed a whole new boiler / water tank system. From start to finish Dan and Justin were excellent, professional, tidy and did an amazing job. I hate having strangers in the house but was very comfortable with Dan and his team. They made the whole experience effortless. Suggested the perfect boiler and tank. We now have the best water pressure we have ever had and for the 1st time in 13 years the underfloor heating is working a treat. The house this winter has been the warmest and most comfortable. Dan and team provided an exceptional service from start to finish. They were polite, friendly, prompt and very professional, from the initial on-line contact to carrying out the boiler service and sorting out underfloor heating issues. They were very tidy and I would highly recommend and use them again.

A new boiler installed in a day. I wasn't charged more than the quote (and considering the fact they changed most of the pipes I would have expected more). I didn't even need to tidy up after they finished as they cleared up completely after themselves, put everything back as they found it and didn't spend the day on breaks - tea or otherwise. Except for a new, working boiler I would not even have known they had been. Good old fashioned customer service and polite workers. Highly recommended.
