I am thoroughly impressed with this product. I have eczema and it has made all the difference with my skin. I recomend this to any one that has dry skin or thar lives in a dry area.

The actual product itself is terrific--if pricier than I'm comfortable with--and therein lies my gripe: the packaging is so elaborate and over-the-top, it embarrasses me. It's also sooooo bulky for such a small amount of product, you can't toss it in your bag for travel. This goes for all three products I've used...like even the cap of the foam cleanser grinds off the gold paint of the nozzle area. That's not good design. The stuff inside the jars and bottles is, like I said, terrific. But I'm paying for so much packaging, which is really, in the end, landfill.

I have tried every thing in the local drugstore or even other high end products! I wasted so much money on stuff that gave me bad reactions or it just never worked at all. But when I tried Premier Dead Sea products, I could feel the difference immediately! I fell in love with the microscrub facial cleanser! I couldn't believe the difference! Over the past 8 years I have used Premier Dead Sea products and other products as well. But over the years I learned to never buy anything other than Premier Dead Sea products! I recently used a product that dried my skin out so bad, it literally felt like a bad sun burn! I had nothing to use to help my skin! It finally completely went away the minute I used the Luxury Collection Milk Cleanser! I love that my order came with four free samples🤗 I really appreciate that, because now I know what I want in the future! When It says Luxury they mean it! Every single product I have tried from Premier Dead Sea has been well worth every penny.

I just started using this product and I can see consignificsnt improvements already.my skin is so soft and looking firmer.

First comment: "I bought products that I never had because Fedex Customs Department blocked them. I had to pay more than $ 100 in respect of import and this information was not provided at the time of purchase". FINALLY THEY KNEW RECTIFY & SENT PRODUCTS.

The website can be distracting. While you are looking at the products, windows pop up with more offers and telephone number to speak to a rep. So, part of the screen is obscured. Also, few products are displayed and then you have to search. The things on sale are not very many. And the free samples they send are tiny. Barely usable. Rather nothing than something so cheap. Insulting.

They sent me the wrong item. They took several days to respond to my e-mails. I was unhappy but Customer Service did finally reply. They were very professional and apologetic, and told me they are resending the missing item with a gift to make up for their mistake. That is all I ask for, and mistakes do happen, so I give them credit for following up and rectifying the error.

The fragrance of each product very comfortable pretty senses for my sensitive skin type. Face serum works well that my skin looks healthier and younger
