Scam scam scam.  Was "taken in" from the street. Got demonstrated a product with amazing abilities - anti-age facial cream - we bought it (we thought) BUT the guy  handed out a plain boby butter for a 10th part of the value instead of the displayed product. We found this out by Google the product when we returned to the hotel (the product name has a very small font on the container). We went back to the store (on Tenerife - Playa de las Americas) and just got told that they did not give the money back. Got another product (for a lower value and much less than what we were initially asked for) as "compensation". Is extremely dissatisfied. NEVER trade with them. It is directed cheating from start to finish. Really bad style !! It must be really bad products since they only can sell in this way

I am still trying to get a tracking # for the face wash I ordered. The ones I was sent weren't active. Nobody has followed up. Starting to think this company might be a scam. Watch before you order!

Ten days have passed since our order. Received one email two days later telling us our order was received. Nothing since. Called customer service three days ago to check on the order. Agent promised to look into it and call us back. Still waiting.

I just don't see any improvement after using every morning for about 2 weeks. I was really hoping for a miracle I guess.

I did not receive what I ordered.

Didn’t do right with what you said.

Never got my product I tried to call many times I emailed no ome helped me to get it so I'm my opinion your company sucks
