I love the Premier products. However, on several occasions I have not received exactly what I've ordered. There is never a packing slip included with the products when they're delivered, so there's no simple way to return products. ALso, without a packing slip it's impossible to tell how much the items cost without checking one's credit card account to see if the right amount was charged. I've not had much luck getting orders straightened out when calling or emailing Customer Service. At the time of placing an order online, I've requested that a packing slip and invoice be included when my items are shipped, but so far have never received anything in my packages other than the items themselves, and frequently they are not the right items..

We bought our first products while on vacation in Hawaii and loved the products. We ordered some more items but it has been over three weeks and not products have shown up yet. :-(

I have used this product, the salt scrub, for six years, but this time (although I was thrilled with the price of buy one get one and 20% off) I was disappointed that the product was practically cut in half for the same price as before and also that it arrived damaged by the heat. It appeared that the heat had melted the salt and a lot of it was liquid instead of salt. I will still use what I got, and since I only paid $14.00 for two I won't complain, but it would have been nice to have it arrive without complication.

I placed 2 separate orders back to back and each order had one set of free sample with a combine shipment of both orders.

I love this product. And my mother in law does as well. She was visiting us for a few days and mentioned she liked it! So I ordered it for a mother's day gift. I places my order on line on Friday 5-1-15. I did not recieve an email until the following Friday 1-8-15 stating it was sent out for shipment. Why in the world would it take a week just to process my order and get it out for delivery. I thought it would make it by mother's day but that didn't happen. Love your products just a little disappointed it took so long to get there!

I bought the salt scrub but there are no instructions on how to apply and what to mix it with.

I like the product itself, but the bottle it comes in doesn't work. The bottle itself is beautiful, but when I press on the nozzle to dispense, it shoots across the room. Since the product is not cheap, I am very irritated with this waste. I have tried light pressure, but this fails to budge the dispenser.
