Thank you so much to Stephanie at Premier. She was a life saver in helping to replace product that I purchased in Cozumel, Mexico , which was shipped to me from the U.S. by Premier. I received a total of 16 bottles of creams, masks, perfumes with the shipment. 15 of the items arrived in perfect condition, but one of the bottles of perfume had leaked in shipping and ruined the box and the cap of the bottle and the bottle was empty. I called customer service at Premier and Stephanie was able to not only replace the damaged bottle of perfume, but also included a nice gift in addition for my inconvenience. I will certainly reach out to Premier in the future for additional skin care supplies. It is always a pleasure to get good customer service these days. Premier has certainly restored my faith!
