I have used Premier Dead Sea products for about 2 Years. I do love many of their products even though I think they are a bit overpriced. Well, my experience ordering online hasn’t been the best. I placed my first order, and their website wouldn’t allowed me to enter the shipping address which was different from the billing address( I didn’t realize this had happened); but when I placed my order I noticed it. I call customer service right away, and no one answer the phone. I attempted to speak to someone the next day, and no luck. I left several voicemails, then two days later I received an email that my stuff had been shipped. Well, I had to stay home to wait for my delivery because my mailbox is very small and I didn’t feel okay to leave at the doorstep of my apartment since the products are so expensive. Maybe a week after is when I received a phone call asking how they could help me. I thought okay everything was fine, maybe they were suppers busy. Then, recently I placed another order and the same thing happened with the shipping and billing address. I call, and they didn’t call me back until a week after my products had been delivered.Also they didn’t double my order as it was advertised when I ordered. They did double one product, but not my whole order. I have been to their store in NYC that’s where I live, but they do try to sell you as many products as they can. As I said, they do have good products, but I’m going to look around for something else since their customer service is pretty bad, and their products are overpriced. If you have the extra money and you don’t need to used online services some of their products are good.

Update: Virginia in Customer Support was very responsive to messages and facilitated the replacement of one of my expired products. I appreciate her assistance very much and would give five stars based on only my experience with her, but zero for my experience with the reseller (average: 3 stars, through no fault of Virginia's). I would recommend only purchasing from the official website, and not from any reseller, as the products clearly are not held to the same quality standards as through the official website. (Original review) I purchased a large package of products (approx $500 USD) at a once-per-year holiday show which does not have a permanent brick-and-mortar location. When I got home and opened the products, two of them were expired and one actually had mold growing on it. I tried contacting Premier Dead Sea through the website and was told I had to contact the actual seller from the market. There is NO contact information with or on the products except for the Premier Dead Sea website. When I noted this, I was told there is nothing they can do. So I can’t contact the seller, and I can’t contact the manufacturer. I also tried to take advantage of the free product for answering the survey. I paid the shipping and handling for a facial moisturizer, and instead received a manicure kit. No individual was rude, but for the amount of money I spent, I expect new products or at least an effort to exchange them for new products. Instead I’m caught in a blame-game with no resolution.

I placed an order on Sept. 10th. I've written twice to see when I could expect delivery and so far no one has responded. My credit card was immediately charged, but I have no products

I'm really in love with these product, I have used it for 2 years already. But I'm so confused somehow I didn't get my order shipped, and it's been 2 weeks already. I tried to reach a customer service, but they never pick up the phone. Very disappointed. Gonna cancel my transaction in a few days if they not gonna respond. That's me again, already 3 weeks passed since I placed my order. I want to get my order as soon as possible. I tried to reach you a million times, but you never never pick up the phone!

My order stated I would receive 5 free sample tubes and I received none. Called multiple times with no return call or email response. Finally was sent 4 samples but not the promised samples as the picture showed. On one of the tube samples the protection seal was off and the tube was empty. Disgusting!

I love these products, but can only afford to buy them like once a year. I would love to try some other things they sell, but they send me identical samples in each order. Makes it hard to decide what things are worth the price.

It took 5 days to "process" my order, before it even shipped. Ridiculous.

Received wrong products without a return label or packaging slip. Contacted a representative and was told that they will send me a return label and the ordered products. Until I have the products I ordered, I am giving you a very generous one star. Upd: finally received my products, plus extra; had to drive to FedEx to drop off the wrong products (the provided return slip had wrong number, could not arrange pick-up from home). The whole ordeal could be avoided, just pay attention at what you send out. So: products--5 stars, experience--1; 3 stars as a result.
