Shop online ALWAYS.. I was at the mall and went to the store for Sea salt soap,thought I would get it here as long as I was there, They charged me $30.00 for one bar,I thought that was really high so I checked online. The soap was on sale for $7.99.I wrote an email to the company & said I thought I should be reimbursed the difference,but have yet to hear back . I doubt I ever will, but learned my lesson, never trust them at a mall. By the way, I have spent over $2,000 on there products since December,you would think they would want to please a paying customer.

I was given samples of these products at Dolphin Mall in Miami. I got a face mask put on half of my face to demonstrate how it worked. I was attracted to the products and decided to buy some of them at a very high price. I went home and did not use the products the same day I bought them. The next morning I woke up with a severe reaction on my face which resembled acne, although I have very clear skin. My eye was swollen from the eye products that were sold to me. I immediately went back to return the UNOPENED and UNTOUCHED products that clearly did not work for me, and they did not allow me to return them, although they could see the way my face had reacted as the swelling or acne had not gone down. They told me to gift them to someone else and did not seem to care the least bit for their faulty products. I was beyond disappointed and DO NOT recommend these products to anyone

I would have expected exceptional customer service from a company which sells several hundred dollar skin care products. I was sorely disappointed. I have been ordering from Premier for a few years now, and for the first time, was not thrilled with a new to me facial peel. I normally order the classic refining peel, and decided to try to professional peel. Unfortunately the product did not give the same high quality results as the classic peel. I tried to start the return process online, but their site kept glitching, both on my phone and desk top, part way through the process. Very frustrating. I tried the chat function, but after 5 minutes of no initial response from a representative, I gave up and picked up the phone. I must say I was absolutely appalled at how my call was handled. When I explained the reason for my call, the rep asked me if the product had been opened. When I replied yes, I was told there was a 14 day return period for unopened products only. The woman told me she would need to check with her supervisor. I explained that I've ordered from the company before, and had actually even already ordered the replacement item for the return, so all money would not be lost on their end (not that I should have had to explain this at all). The woman told me again she would need to check with her supervisor and let me know, and then she hung up on me! I have no idea why. The entire conversation was reasonable, I wasn't anything other than friendly in my request. I wondered if she hadn't meant to put me on hold, but it has been 24 hours, and there has been no return phone call or email with follow up to my request.

The day that I placed my order, I contacted your website to cancel my order. I have not had any response and I have not received my order. My payment was charged to PayPal. The reason that i canceled my order was because your site charges $15.00 more that on Amazon.

After 45days, not receive the product. I sent the email for checking, not reply.

Customer service is really bad, call or email and never receive contact is frustrating, won't go buy again at Premier.

I ordered over a week ago and have not received my product or even a notice that it has been shipped. Can't give a good rating until I receive my order.

I am very upset with you folks. I have been trying to contact your people. I odered 199.97 worth of skin care. I have not heard anything back as I was promised a call last week. I have tracked the shipment. UPS told me that it was damaged, unable to ship.You people seem to be giving me the run around. I would just like my money refunded at this time. If I don't hear something back soon. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Sorry to have to do this. This is 200.00 of my hard earned money!
