Pisses me off that every time I make a big/expensive purchase is when I get a big [35%] discount coupon email!

Sent the wrong item, and then I couldn't get hold of anyone to get the correct item shipped. I had to leave a message, and nobody called me back, just got an email sent to me saying the product had been shipped. Super poor communication, and for such high priced items, I would expect much better service!!!!

I received a product that I didn't order and didn't receive the product that I did. Though the product I ordered was eventually sent I never received a shipping confirmation or a response to my email requesting one.

Products are good. Last order was shipped with one item when two had been ordered. When I called customer service, they said the second item would be shipped. When that is received, I'll have a better opinion.

During checkout it stated that I would get one product free, as in buy one get one free. I did see in my cart 2 special gifts, and each stated free, one was a copy of your magazine. When I received my order I did not receive either of the two products purchased with the advertised free second. I did however get a 3year old copy of your magazine, which I think is pretty tacky considering the cost of your products. If you are going to send a free magazine, then at least send one from the current year, not something that is 3 years old. I was truly disappointed with this order considering I didn't get the same product as I ordered free as advertised.

The delivery was good and I like the product,but I entered a code for $20.00 off and did not receive it and e-mailed them and also called and left a message with no response!

While I like the Milk and Honey Aromatic Body Butter, I was displeased that there was not the usual seal one finds between product and lid. Some of the body butter transferred to the paper undersurface of the lid, drying in an unattractive brown clump. M. Totman
