Problem remedied and efficiently resolved
The representative, Shirley, was patient and helped me to see the cause of my concern. She helped remedy it and immediately and efficiently made arrangements for a replacement to be received. I was given proper and adequate notification each step of the way. The item was received this time undamaged.

The products I purchaced were beyond my expectation. The face peel and the moisturizing cream made my face feel smoother than I have ever felt with any other product. I loved how simple and fast it was to incorporate into my skincare routine. The products are so soft and gentle and smell so amazing. I am so beyond grateful for the products and was worth the money and will definitely be keeping it part of my regular skincare routine. It has made my skin so much more smooth soft glowing and hydrated. I've never had such an amazing product before! Thank you!
