My experience was amazing to say the least. Mike the Parts Manager went over and beyond helping me upgrade my already purchased Premier Stove that was improperly cared for when renting my home out. I love my stove but needed some grates that I could slide my heavy pots having fibromyalgia holding up my pans with food in it has been difficult so I reached out to see if this was possible and whalaaaaa Mike tried out the grates from a newer version and they fit perfectly sent me video and everything by the end of our call we managed to order all the upgrade parts and going to hve a brand new stove top with all the bells and whistles. Can’t wait to try out my new stove top!
