Swear by their pre-employment assessments. I'm learning to NOT hire without using these test and trusting them completely. If you're looking for the top candidates, this will certainly help weed out those not in the higher tiers.

I had a great experience overall. Prices were reasonable compared to other services and I got way more personal interaction and advice from knowledgeable people. It took time but I found a great person for a management role and avoided DOZENS of poor quality candidates.
