Pramp's peer matching system doesn't…
Pramp's peer matching system doesn't scale past 1 timezone and often scheduled interviews don't occur because they haven't pre-secured your partner. Services like lunchclub and preplounge do this better by making the profile-to-profile connection transparent upon scheduling (reducing flakes) and by enabling good matches across timezones. The service was better a few years ago, when the range of problems and quality of the solutions for interviewers used was more detailed and they didn't cross-sell to Exponent so quickly.
