Advantages: honestly, the course and exam experience was great as: 1- the lab was more than perfect and has variety of tools to practice on. 2- the lab has multiple questions to be solved by the student. 3- the exam was open book, and you can pass by searching more on the internet 4- you have to practice more to solve and finish the exam on time otherwise you will feel that it needs more time 5- in Lab you have to even search to solve some tasks which let you practice on searching during the course disadvantages: 1- course material need more explanation for some tools like ansible, inspec,...etc. as it was alittle bit hard to understand how to deal with them when it is the first time to use. 2- lab exercises checking after solving need more enhancement as some times it marked the solution as wrong while it is right but different from the solution script in some lines not effective (they have to be identical to be marked as right)

I loved the different methodologies used for the CTMP! I feel one notable lesson which came in really handy was the Rapid Risk Assessment training which really helped push my Threat Modeling skills to the next level

I have completed the Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) training and obtained the certification offered by Practical-DevSecOps. The training was conducted both theoretically and practically. The theoretical training consisted of explanatory and understandable videos. The practical part was prepared in a well-designed lab environment parallel to the theoretical training. The challenging questions asked during the practical training helped me to understand the topics more clearly. The certification exam I took after the training consisted of tasks that were not based on rote memorization and encouraged research. This allowed me to learn new things even during the exam. I would like to thank the Practical-DevSecOps team for providing me with this experience, and I am eager to obtain other certifications and attend more training sessions in the future.

I really liked the lab based approach, it made learning interactive and engaging. I wish all certifications took this practical approach, because it is 100x better than revising slides/ a textbook
