I ordered it April 21st 2014 and did not receive it until July 1st 2014. They never told me it was on back order. I was really upset!! I did receive a $20 refund for my trouble. I used the product 2 times and now our kitchen has been under construction. The 2 times were great. I can't wait to use it again!!

The timer stops at 30 min on cook and 50 on steam....I have to stay close to reset time if it needs to cook longer. There should be a way to increase the time when cooking starts. I ordered the xl and got the basic. I did not realize it until my mother ordered one and she got the xl. Hers is much different than mine.

I need more receipt on different dishes. We are a family of 2 and there were no receipts on how to cook different dishes. So I am disappointed with that issue

I ordered the Power Pressure Cooker XL. Paid for in full. I received the Power Cooker. I don't have a problem with this cooker ,so I didn't want the hassel of sending it back. Its just they might be false advertizeing.

Not the one on TV. Not any of the settings Like 99. Cookbook no good and chopper is a piece of junk.

When I get it right I love it however there are times when it isn't right and I have to go back to the drawing board and add time or redo. That is why I don't use it sometimes just because I don't have the time, or frankly the patience to experiment. Im sure that I will eventually get the hang of it but I see now why the one shown on tv has the instant buttons to get it perfect right away.

The cooker I got was not the one they showed on the t.v. The buttons are not the same which is why I original bought it
