Used this to prepare chicken and pulled pork. Used the cookbook and as promised yielded a wonderful meal. A great time saver for those people who are still pressed for time at the end of the day.

I am thrilled with my new pressure cooker. I can cook a whole chicken in less than 30 minutes that will rival any commercially prepared chicken. Personally, I like it better!! I have already canned 12 pints of fresh green beans and it so reminds me of my Grandmother's home canned beans! It is fun to use and makes healthy meals very easily. It would help all of us if we had more recipes to enable us to use our pressure cooker more often!

Bought the pressure cooker. I was very pleased with its performance. Loved the speed with which cooking tasks were executed. When the malfunction came about I was upset and has not recovered yet. I contacted customer service. They were polite and tried to help me reboot the system . We were not able to reset it. I was promptly issued a prepaid label to return the cooker. I am awaiting the resolution.

Even though delivery took 2 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks, the pressure cooker is great. It cooks our meals fast, juicy and delicious. We are always so busy and this cooker helps me have dinner ready on time.Just use your imagination; its super easy to use.

Product is amazing- very happy with purchase. Took over a month to receive. Have recommended it to many friends. We use it to make Cuban black beans, rice (replaced our smaller rice cooker), fricase, flan, soup...I'm sure we have a long way to go until we use it to it's maximum potential. Well worth the chunk of money we paid for it. I'm sure it's saving us money in the long run. Nice not to turn on oven/stove top to cook these things in the summer.

I've used my power-pressure cooker a lot in the past few months and I like it very much. It took a little getting used to when I started preparing rice in it, because it is different than my rice steamer and I don't need nearly as much water and the time is cut almost in half. Stews are delicious as well as the chili recipe and chicken recipes I have used out of the cook book that came with the appliance. I look forward to trying out canning some jellies and vegetables this fall.

Great product very slow processing and shipping. The cooker works great but it took almost 60 days to get it. I kept calling, checking on the order and was told there where none in stock. They take orders then build them is what I was told. It would be nice to know this before I ordered it. The infomercial leads you to believe you will have it in a week. Also it would be nice if there where more recipes then the few in a small leaflet that comes with it. I experiment with recipes now to find out what works and what does not work.

I like the cooker. There is a learning curve. The instructions are very confusing and has taking some time and effort to understand them. Because I don't use the pressure cooker for every meal or very many meals I have to relearn how to use the pressure cooker each time I use it. In their upgrades I was suggest that they clarify the instructions that they clarify both the Quickstart and the other the extensive instructions. extensive instructions are the very same as the Quickstart instructions. I have had to learn to use the cooker by trial and Error because the instructions were not clear enough. The instructions are general and are not specific and it would be helpful if there was a specific step by step instruction in how to use both the pressure cooker and the slow cooker feature as well as the regular cooking feature. To this day to have not been able to figure out how to use the searing feature. I called the customer service department to see if they could help clarify how to use the pressure cooker and they could not understand the instructions either and was not able to clarify.
