I enjoy using the power pressure cooker, however, I find that I am limited by the lack of recipes or guidance for certain foods. Perhaps a big cookbook would be nice, I would gladly pay for it.

Cook times not accurate followed the rib directions they came out bloody increased the time and they were tough

Great for larger families but using a pressure cooker for two older folks just doesn't fit the cooking style to make it worth using for small meals.

I am okay with the product, it works great, just wish it had alittle more information on times to cook food. My MAJOR complaint is the customer service. I have e-mail them serveral times (10) to let them know I didn't receive some of the items promised, I received the cooker, the cook book and the cord. I have not received any response. I explained that I couldn't call the long distance number and still no response. I just wished someone at the company would respond. I have since than turn my complaint over to the BBB and they haven't responded yet.

THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT!! MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT IT WAS AROUND $40 CHEAPER AT WALMART FOR THE SAME EXACT THING.

Both the girls were quite frustrated when they tried to use the pressure cooker for the first time. One is a school teacher and the other has double degrees. They found the directions very difficult to follow and illogical. I have not tried to use it, yet. Since I have experience with the old fashion kind and a canner, it will be interesting for me to try to use it. Perhaps this old trained nurse will show them up.

I called for a replacement chopper because it has bent blades and the inner pot has scratches. I was told when I Called after I received the cooker that replacement would be sent out. Its been about 4 months ago. I also have a 6 year warranty, with no idea how service is going to be if I need to use it. I don't even know who or how to contact for service.
