Called three times regarding the status of my merchandise and each time I was told my product will arrive "next week" - and each time I checked my mail nothing was there! Horrible customer service.

you have to try working it on your own, as there was only a couple of recipes and Very limited instructions! Also i ordered the one shown on tv, the XL model, but received a cheaper model.

i guess it does what little stuff it can do, but, it is not worth the price, I will not recommend it to anybody

after waiting 102 days to get my pressure cooker the pressure relief valve did not work. i'm very upset about it.i would like to know what you intend to do about making it up to me and my family. waiting all this time 102 days and it doesn't work .i want the pressure cooker because a friend of mine has and it works great. i want one that works great . instead of sending product to china let it be made in the USA. i want a new one and it shows three cookbooks and one canning book. i want my new one asap. or will go on facebook and twitter. VERY UPSET

I was please with the power pressure cooker at first, but it stop working the third time i used it the product has a problem. great id

The pressure cooker says its specific time, but it adds about 10 more minutes just to warm itself up. I thought it would be so fun and easy to make things with this machine, but its kind of the opposite. Can i return this item? It also took a couple of months to get delivered which is horrible.

This is not working like I saw it work on T.V. First I tried to make white rice and it came out sticky and one big clump, I tried to make a pot roast and the roast was dry and tough. The instructions are hard to figure out, I don't know which button to use? the timer or the Power pressure button? I tried both and I could not cook a pot roast in 30 minutes like the commercial states. I put the timer on for two hours and the roast came out dry and tough. Nothing I made cooked in 30 or 20 minutes. Either I'm doing something wrong or this item is not what it's made out to be on the commercial.

I love the cooker, however when I ordered it they had a permotion on magazines I canceled them in May but they say they have no record of me calling them, they charged me $19.95 in June and July which caused my account to go into overdraft twice of $60.00. I was furious and called them on this. I haven't yet received any answer regarding this matter. I'm at the point of calling our Attorney General on this matter.
