Missing item, call but never receive missing item

I ordered this back at the beginning of April and just received this today. Ordering this no one told us it was out of stock. The same week it shipped I received a post card saying it was out of stock and send the post card back and they will cancel the order. Haven't even tried it but shocked it took this long to get it !!

Don't order one. Your better off going to your local Kitchen supply store or get one from HSN. Took forever to get by Fed X and the Vegitable Chopper you get with it is junk.

I ordered the power pressure XL but they took the liberty of sending me the power pressure pro. It took me 3 phone calls to get my money returned. They told me they were out of what I wanted and I should wait a few weeks and reorder. I reordered and after 4 weeks had still not received my order. I was not sure that they wouldn't send me the wrong one again so I canceled my order.

Not as impressed as I thought I was after watching the infomercial. I'm actually thinking about returning this item. The instruction are minimal. Not sure it's worth the money.

First - When I called to order I had to go through a huge menu of other offers most had nothing to do with the unit, warranties, or accessories. I called about the unit, that's it, not magazines and other crap. Second - the unit took over 6weeks to arrive without any update from the company. Third - The instructions said to use the "quick Start Guide" to program the unit, No Quick Start Guide came with the unit. Forth - Figured out how to use the unit on my own, put frozen chicken in, set the correct settings according to the instructions, chicken was under cooked. Fifth - Called for a copy of the Quick Start Guide to be mailed to me, that was 6weeks ago now and still no guide. Sixth - Opted for the veggie attachment, put the setting on, veggies came out very soggy.

It is not the one we ordered and can not get through. That one we got is the same exact thing at Walmart for $40. Let me know what you think or I will tell everyone. A few friends ordered. Same thing happened

Took 3 months to get the product. Not once did anyone let me know there might be back orders or contacted me about it. I had to finally call and they told me they just received a shipment and mine would ship in 3-5 days, another month went by and I called again and was told the same thing. It wasn't until another 2 weeks before I got my order.
