Long shipping time. Finally came in but was missing the power cord. Called support and got one the next week.

Works great look forward to cooking with it. Slow shipping I ordered in April and it finally arrived in July.

It took 2 months to receive the pressure cooker, due to apparent back order. Once I finally did it, the cookbook was very sparse, but did provide a few recipes to try. Luckily,I was able to find alot more information and recipes on line. I first made a roast with potatoes and carrots. It came out very tender in a short time. I also have made pork ribs, chicken and meatloaf. All were very good. I would recommend a pressure cooker to every mom. Its a lifesaver. The only suggestion is more recipes in the cookbook. Hopefully, the backorder for the machine is over. I was going to cancel the order, but I am glad that I waited for the delivery.

It came with a recipe book but not many recipes in there. I try to find recipes on line when I have the time to search.

We love the powerpressure and use it alot but.....we did NOT get The Quick Start Guide that was supposed to be supplied with this unit, that provides step-by-step instructions, as stated on page 7. (bottom, under digital control panel overview). I called and told them, the young man said he'd send one, that was 6 months ago.....Hello!! I'd sure like to see what I missed....soooo can you take of it?

It sure took a long time to receive it, but it was well worth the wait. Love that I can pressure cook, can, saute, slow cook all in 1 pot. I can't believe I'm pressure canning (albeit in small batches). I took off 1 star, not for the cooker, but for the recipe book, which I felt that for $120.00 was a little lacking. Even a page on the website with more recipes would be appreciated.

The Power Preasure Cooker is the best investment in my kitchen. I use it all the time and it helps me cut cooking time. Yes, the instructions are only guidelines but if you put your own experience in it, and with trial and error, I have learnt to cook almost anything in it.

It took me a while to figure out how to operate this pressure cooker. I was accustomed to the old styles. I was reluctant at first, buy now I am enjoying my unit. I am learning how to make homemade Sauerkraut, and I am looking forward to using the canning feature. This feature is a plus, 10 times over. I get the benefits to both worlds. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy a seal (gasket) for my pressure cooker. Customer service assured me that they will carry the seals at a later time. I am counting on them to honor their word.
