Purchased my pressure cooker 3 months ago but haven't been able to use it as my first cooker I received was damaged and just received my second cooker a week ago. I refused delivery as this cooker was also damaged. I now have to wait for the third - you would think that since I refused the delivery that it would be proof enough that I do not have the cooker but the company said I have to wait until they received the damaged unit back first before they send out a replacement. So hopefully in another months time I can actually try it.

Power Cooker is easy to use and FAST. Cleanup is very easy. An excellent product all around.

Received damaged. Sent damaged inside poy back day after I received it with RA # on it. Have called twice to check status keep telling me they have received it and replace should be here soon. Called 2 months later to update address because I moved. Was told it would ship out within a week. Still nothing. Week is long. Customer service isnt very helpful at all. Overall not happy especially for the amount of money I spent on this gift for my wife. She is still waiting for the insert!!!!

instructions are not very heapful it cooks great but i have to keep turning it of or every think over cooks

The unit takes way to long to build up pressure before the actual cooking time which was not shown or discussed on the TV ad for the product. I would rate the product just 2 stars out of 5.

it appears to be a good product. delivery took forever.

It would have been nice to learn in an e-mail of the two-mo th back order. An owner's manual and the promised recipe book would have also been useful.

I was disappointed over all with the shipping experience, kept being told next week we'll next week turned into 2 months plus to get it. I do like the product . I still have to call in was told I wo old get a 20 dollar credit, I think it should be more but we will see.I could have bought from TV shopping show different brand but free shipping and had it in 5 days but I stuck it out . Product no complaints and customer service was nice every time I called.
