I placed the order for the Power Pressure cooker on August 16th. I was to receive a confirmation email when the order was shipped. As of today, I have heard nothing concerning my order. I would like to know when it will ship and when I can expect to receive it. Very disappointed with the company's shipping.

Well, I purchased the product directly from their website... I ended up paying $129.98 including shipping(which takes about 2-3 weeks). Not even 2 days later, I saw an ad online that was advertising the same exact product for only 79.95 with free shipping. Not only was the shipping free, it was also express delivery 5-7 business days! Needless to say, I will do my homework next time in order to avoid over paying and being ripped off.

I think the power pressure cooker could be great. Have not received it yet. Was disturbed by the fact that once I was ordering they started adding to the order...upgraded version, the attachments and then all they wanted to do was put me on a magazine list, walmart coupons, etc. never did talk to anyone but a machine..it was frustrating. I ended up loudly saying NO to several offers ( when there was no option for no)...very pressurized sale by A recording. I just wanted to complete my order. ALSO I was not given a bottom line cost on the transaction. That came later in an email. Shipping was outrageous! It better be worth it as I also bought one for a gift. I have 30 days to cancel an order for discount cards, or magazines...didn't want them but couldn't get past the prompts. Wonder when the 30 days start?? When I get the product. Frustrated in Tulsa,

Initial product is a good one but the offer information you had to listen through before you could reject the additional offers was way too long! And there was way too many additional offers! Additional cookers, warranty, postage delivery warranty (That one made me mad!) then other offers that were not even related to what I was purchasing! I almost hung-up many times before the transaction was completed!!!!

I have not received it as yet. Over the phone ordering was extremely unpleasant. In addition, I would have liked the opportunity to speak with someone about the product I ordered. I am not sure I would order again.

Your a little early with your request Trustpilot on 8/21. I haven't received my powerpressure cooker yet, but I've been telling everyone about it and they can't believe what I tell them. I'm very excited about receiving it. I'm a good cook, and I look forward to using this unit a lot. It will be nice to use at church when there are so many to feed - and food can be prepared so quickly. That's why I bought two. It's now 9/7 Trustpilot and I've changed my rating for I haven't yet received my powerpressure cooker. It's sad such an exciting product is so poorly managed. I ordered my product via their website. There was no problem there.

I'm only reviewing the ordering process since I have not seen the pressure cooker. I placed the order 4 days ago. The a Money came out of my account yesterday. As of today I have not received confirmation of shipment, only an email asking me to review. I order about 95% of my online purchases with Amazon. I know I would have had my item by now if it was availilble on Amazon.

Where is my order? I got an e-mail saying that you received my order, but I have not heard anything since. No e-mails saying my product has shipped or anything. I haven't received the product yet, and you want to have me write a review about it? What is wrong with this picture?
