When I finally received it which took forever. They did not send any books at all so I did not know how to use it after many phone calls they said they would send the books. After waiting many more weeks still No book a so I returned the cooker for a refund. Very unhappy

A real disappointment. Everything takes much longer to cook than advertising said it would.

After waiting about 4 months...I kept getting notifications to cancel my order after I had already paid half. I ordered it because I wanted it! The final notification said my order would be canceled if they didn't hear from me...once again had already paid half and I wanted the pressure cooker. So, not sure how that all works but it was very frustrating. Now I have an it works great...but was not worth the hassle an frustrations.

Assembled it at home, then could not get the top off. Finally gave up and out of pure frustration I threw the thing away. I have told everyone IO know about my experience and have stopped many others from buying this product.

I ordered the Power Pressure Cooker XL, which had more options, but received the Power Pressure Pro and I was charged the higher price. When I contacted the company, I was told I received what I had ordered. I told them I definitely did not receive what I had ordered and I sent it back. I also told them I expected the full amount, including the $30.00 shipping charge, credited to my credit card. Of course, I only received a $129.00 credit minus the $30.00 shipping charge. It took several months for all of this to transpire. Therefore, I felt it useless to recontact the company regarding the shipping charge. So I paid $30.00 (for something I did not order and returned) for nothing. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone about their fraudulent practices!!!

Would not recommend this product you can only use their recipes there is no proper instructions for making other meals on your own I don't even use mine because of lack of information when cooking.
