It took so long to get....over 3 months and when I called they offered to give me a $50 gift card then hung up when they transferred me

I am not a happy camper with the Power Cooker Company. I have not had the opportunity to use the product as of yet due to the extensive time it took to arrive. Item was purchased mid April and did not received until after July 5th. When I called to cancel the purchase, I was informed that if I would reconsider canceling my order, I would be refunded the cost of shipping ($29.99). That did not happen and I am still awaiting my refund. I plan on using my Power Cooker this weekend and even if the product does all the was contended on the advertisement, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not very trustful.

Was not happy with experience I bought 2 I which (1) gave away as a gift Ours would not light up when plugged in the other one (gift) wouldn't light up but would heat up You had sent me a new replacement for the one but it will be returned I did return ours and didn't take a replacement Things should be checked out before shipped Was not a happy camper Judy

I live at 6604 Northwest dr in Windsor Heights , IA. 50324. From now until next Oct.1st. so I have not received my cooker. If you deliver the cooker to the wrong address , you best send me another.

I am very unhappy with how you have handled order. My order was delayed approximately 3 months. The first communication I had was the item was on back order and if I wished to cancel order to mail card back to you indicating a cancel of order, which I returned.The second communication was still on back order and If you did not hear from me within 30days the order would be cancelled. I did not return it because I wanted the order cancelled per your instructions. Next I received an email saying the order had been shipped. I then called your customer service and relayed the above information. I was told you could do nothing about it because the order had been shipped and when it was delivered to refuse it and take back to the post office to be returned and I would receive a refund. I have refused the order and the item is still being charged to my discover card. I do expect a credit to be given and if not will dispute the charge with Discover. I will not order again from your company. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

this is not like the commercial that you put out. first of all I had to wait nearly three months to get it. when I started cooking in it it was not like the one on tv. the only reason I don't sent it back is that it will cost to much and I am not sure I will get my money back.

This would have been a great review but when you call twice for missing items and the response is, "we will get that out to you" and then nothing comes, well I probably will never buy from this company again. Don't waste your money on mail order items, they have your money and they don't care if you are satisfied or not!

I ordered the pressure cooker XL off the website after watching an infomercial. I even ordered a second one for my daughter. Once they arrived we were in no hurry to use so about 2 weeks later opened the packages. The pressure cookers I received were not the XL ones shown in the program. I have even gone back and watched the infomerical twice and made sure. They reference numerous settings and buttons that aren't even on our model. The model I received is the older one sold at WalMart for $79. I paid full price so couldn't even stop my future payments. I tried contacting the company and no one responds. What I was sent is not what they advertised and I cannot get a response or replacement. I was told I could return it for a fraction of what I paid if I wanted to pay return shipping as well.
