I was disappointed that I can not can with it because of altitude. The cooker takes some practice getting to know how long foods will take. Still really fast and tastes great. Can't wait to make something else.

I love my power pressure cooker, I don't know how I lived without one all this time. Its a must have for ant kitchen!

When I saw the price on the cooker I just couldn't resist. I had been talking with my daughter about using a pressure cooker for some time so when I saw this I bought one for my daughter and one foe myself as well, I have used it once and am very pleased with the operation the food was done just the way I had expected

I really like how it keeps everything so moist. And I've only used the pressure cooking selection so far. Can't wait to use the slow cooker and scanner selection next. Just wish I could get more ideas for recipes to use the other buttons on the cooker. Anyway I can't find any online yet. Thanks for the great small appliance.
