Not happy with it at all took over three months to get it . The company never called to say it was on backorder or anything. Got mine after in that been in Walmart for about a month maybe even longer if husband hadn"t tossed the boxes would have sent it back receipt for bead and butter pickles was awful. Wasted time money and food not happy :o(

I had to return the cooker because I couldn't get the lid off. Tried several times with no luck. I even called to see if there was something I was doing wrong, but still could not open it. Afraid of damaging it I decided to send it back for an exchange. Still waiting after over 6 weeks. Called to check on status, and all I got was give it more time. Would really like to use this product since I paid for it over 3 months ago. Felling very annoyed.

I invite this opportunity to share my VERY UNenjoyable experience while I was attempting to PURCHASE the pressure cooker in the first place. I actually hung up before the purchase was completed when I finally, after more than 15 minutes, I tired from the constant barrage of questions and offers: continuous questioning of my decision when pushing "this button" or "that button" to respond, and whenever I "delcined" an offer that was not even a PART of the product, I was questioned and then questioned again. Because I had watched your informercial several different times, I decided I would enjoy your cooker, so I was in a pleasant mood when I dialed the number for this purchase;' but by the time I hung up th phone, I was irritated and moody. It was the most UNPLEASANT experience I have EVER had in my ordering history. If EVER AGAIN I am confronted by a NON-PERSON on any telephone order, I will hang up immediately. This is NO way to treat a person who is interested in your product. It is ONE thing to offer more products that complement the original product purchase, (even though that also has limits), but it is entirely another to pull the trickery that was pulled on me on that date. When I mentioned 15 minutes, that was the time I clocked once I realized this would not be a simple purchase, so I began timing the length for my own curiosity; I cannot begin to wonder how much LONGER that phone call actually would have been had I NOT hung up my telephone. I thought my hanging up ended the matter of purchase, especially when I never received a single email confirming my purchase NOR any notification that it had been shipped.; the ONLY proof I have that I ordered the cooker is the charge on my Visa; not even an INVOICE was enclosed with the shipped item! I have concluded the reason you asked for my charge information at the very beginning is because you have a sold item no matter HOW badly the rest of the call goes. I have not even tried the cooker yet because I am so irritated with the company! It most likely is a great cooker and will meet my needs, but I am completely fed up with the tactics used in order to try to fish MORE money out of my pocket. The truth of it all is that if you had simply offered a web page for me to view for all the "wonderful" additions, I would have gone to the site and if convinced of the necessity or further help of your additional products, would have made a purchase. As it stands, I don't TRUST this company!

Everything I cook in it sticks to the bottom.

Dear Friends, Be very careful using this pressure cooker. I oound it hard to handle and dangerous. The test was fine. However when putting 4 pieces of brisket in to cook there was steam escaping, the unit blew up and made a hu8ge mess. I ended up giving it away to a friend. I just can't have such a dangerous piece of equipment in my kitchen. Sorry I give this unit a D at best.
