I love the power plate subscription. I get my meals weekly and it is just enough to add to my regular diet. The meals are all fresh and it feels like I prepared them myself.

I have been ordering Power Plate Meals for just about a month now. I love the diversity of the menu. The food is wholesome and delicious. I feel like I am eating something I cooked myself with all their meals - they are not loaded with sodium and preservatives. They help me stay within my daily macros. My kids love them too!

The meals are excellent. There was only one I didn't care for but all in all power plate is the better meal prep service I've found so far!
