I can't say enough about the machine and the variable workout methods. I've been using it daily for the past 6 weeks. I'm only giving it 4 stars though, because of the cost. The insurance didn't cover any part of the claims.

PowerPlate sends emails constantly about the benefits of their equipment, but the customer service is slow to respond, and then not helpful. I ordered the Move for home use and was charged for the stability bar and power shield that I did not order. I contacted them for return of both, and their response was that I "must have clicked on it", and they are charging me for the UPS return( boxes are huge and heavy) and the restocking fee. Dealing with this issue has been very stressful, and I cannot get UPS to pick them up until after Christmas. Meanwhile, these two boxes which I cannot lift are sitting in my entry hall in front of my Christmas tree. I cannot comment on the use of the Move because I haven't had it long, but I am extremely disappointed with every aspect of their ordering process and return policy for items I did not order, not to mention the expensive charges at this holiday season.

Elefteria Hambos helped me by answering all my questions, and I am happy I dont have to suscribe to a Lifetime Gym in order to use this vibration plate! Excellent product and amazing and fast responses!

So I just spent $3000 on a Power Plate and a Shield that I cannot use until I get the Shield. I got an email today 3/22/23 saying the shield is back-ordered. A terrible way to start off this transaction. Take my money and oops - back-ordered. This is going upstairs in my home where my gym is. Wow- your website says nothing about a back order for this shield. I was going to get the stability bar and shield but that says it's back-ordered. So I went with what I had presumed was an in-stock item as it says it is - even right now today 3/22/23 it says nothing about being back-ordered. I guess this is what Trust Pilot reviews are for.
