Potterflow LLCReviews of potterflow.com

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Potter Flow. Email has grown to account for roughly 30% of our revenue, and they’ve played a huge role in that success. What I appreciate most is how transparent and collaborative their team is. They always give us the opportunity to review the flows, walk us through their strategy, and explain the thinking behind what they’re doing rather than just making changes behind the scenes. Communication has been great, they’re extremely professional, and most importantly, we’ve seen real results. Overall, it’s been a really great partnership and we genuinely enjoy working with the Potter Flow team. Highly recommend them to any brand looking to take their email marketing seriously. Thank you Ola!

We brought Potterflow in after cycling through a couple of agencies that either overpromised or just blasted our list with discount offers until it stopped being profitable. Olamide and his team took a completely different approach; they went deep on segmenting our customers by where they actually are in their journey (non-purchasers, one-time buyers, repeat, VIP, lapsed) instead of treating everyone the same. They actually took the time to understand our customers and build real systems around them Our repeat-purchase rate has genuinely improved since they started. They're also honest, which I don't take for granted: when something's not working they tell me straight, and when it is, the numbers back it up. We're still building toward our bigger goals, but for the first time our email is a real, structured part of the business instead of an afterthought. If you're a DTC brand that cares about LTV and not just quick sales, these are the people you want.
