I bought a set of KitchenAid pots and pans from potsandpans.com. When they arrived, one of the rims on a glass lid was dented. I contacted the company and did exactly as they directed me to do. I sent photos, summarized my concern, and submitted it online. I reached out twice afterwards and never heard back from them. All I wanted was a replacement lid and the gal that I talked to assured me that they would take care of things. Very disappointing. I’m going back to Amazon.
