Refund Request
I had been charged 29 Euros to my account without my prior approval. I approached support team where Mr. Ahlby, Escalation Team supervisor, instantly helped me to initiate refund case. He has been very cooperative and forthcoming in this regard. I really appreciate him in particular and Support Team in general. Keep it up Ahlby.
