Awful company, do not use!! They scammed us and started taking random amounts of money out of our account. We never signed up for a subscription service and they have yet to refund us after we complained. Stay away from them. We are currently going through Visa to try and get our money back and have blocked them from taking any more from our account.

This website is a complete scam! I was trying to make a purchase on a different site, and when I proceeded to enter my card details, I was suddenly redirected to this shady website — along with all my personal information. Unfortunately, I went through with the payment (luckily it was a small amount). Soon after, I started receiving suspicious emails thanking me for a "subscription" I never signed up for. Not only that — they immediately tried to charge me again, this time €63, claiming it was for an "automatic renewal"! I contacted their so-called live chat support, and they gave me empty promises about cancelling the subscription in a month, according to their fake "terms and conditions." Meanwhile, I received another email saying they will try again to charge my card in just 2 days! I have already contacted my bank and filed a dispute. IMPORTANT: All the positive reviews you might see on Trustpilot or any other social media platforms are completely FAKE. They are posted to trick people into trusting them. Don't fall for it! BEWARE – this is a scam operation designed to steal your money! Report them immediately and do not trust them under any circumstances!

Almost 2months of waiting for costumer service. Just a waste of time to wait!

This site scams people, they run promotional posts for websites unrelated to them. Example from experience, they run a promo for Lazada then asks for your information and will redirect your information to their website. Basically you singed up for an account on their website without you knowing, this also applies to their payment portal wherein they automatically charge your account for membership and charged me again for their coins. I let the first charge for membership slide since it was not much but they charged me again for coins "this is after I blocked my card and disposed of it", rats of society. When asked for a refund with proof, hey don't even investigate, they slap you with terms and conditions that you have no knowledge of since you didn't intend to visit their site or apply for a membership in the first place.
