We use modern production tools and AI-assisted workflows internally to increase speed and consistency, while keeping the service human-managed and tailored to each client.We are currently building PostBalloon through direct work with real businesses, refining the production, review, publishing, and reporting process based on actual client use rather than assumptions.Businesses working with PostBalloon remain in control of what represents their brand. Disappointed with Results- Most are Unusable
Most of the suggested videos, slides, etc. contain product images that simply do not exist, As such, most are completely unusable

Thank you for the feedback, Colleen. I went back through your Drop against the product photos you supplied, and you’re right. We reproduced several of your submitted products accurately, but we also allowed our system to introduce additional product variations that Cottonwood doesn’t actually sell. Those should never have made it through our review process. We’re changing that rule going forward: if something in a piece of content looks like a product the business sells, it must be tied to an actual customer-provided or verified product. We can create the environment around it, but we shouldn’t be inventing merchandise. I appreciate you calling this out. This is exactly the kind of failure we need to catch as we refine PostBalloon.

Better than I expected
I really like what they did , I mean at first I very skeptical and didn’t think it would be that good but it turned out out good with very good content that I didn’t expect. If I’m available I will use the again for sure. They even made sure they had everything they needed and that it was right for my business. Thanks postballon

Video
Video 3 and 4, carousel 5 and 6 were amazing Carousel 7, 8, 9 were great conversation starters. The stories were super smart especially with the limited thoughts i gave you. I am impressed with you ideas an would like more discussion on pricing.

I’ve had such a great experience…
I’ve had such a great experience working with PostBalloon! Social media can be incredibly time-consuming, and having someone consistently create professional, engaging content has taken so much off my plate. They’ve done a great job learning my business, understanding my brand and voice, and creating posts that actually feel like me—not generic, cookie-cutter content. They’re creative, responsive, reliable, and always open to feedback. The quality and consistency of my social media has improved tremendously, while giving me back time to focus on actually running my business. If you’re a business owner who knows you need a strong social media presence but simply doesn’t have the time to constantly create content, I highly recommend them. Absolutely worth the investment!
