Called before purchasing online to make sure that it was the correct product. The woman on the phone was kind to look it up in her system to confirm. Once I placed the order, it got shipped the very next day, and received the product within two days from fedex! Authentic, original, new rimowa in perfect condition. I will order again here

I think tracking information should be sent automatically, and even though I set up an account online my order was not in there so I could not track it that way either. However, they have been super helpful on the phone and the item I purchased arrived and I love it. Thank you.

Katherine, Thank you for your helpful review. We will work on getting our international tracking numbers to our customers faster. Although you did create an account, you must log in before purchase so that you can see your purchase history. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. We appreciate your business and concern.
