Not Recommended if Shipping to USA
Order 29106 was placed on 08/02/26 As of today, 08/28/26, the order was never received. The website appears promising and the ordering process is easy, however the estimated shipping times provided on the website are not accurate in my experience. The website also states that a shipping/tracking link would be emailed after placing the order, this was never received, I had to send an email to request this, which was provided. Unfortunately all the tracking info states is the package has been held in customs since 08/06/26. I don’t anticipate receiving this order, I’m guessing it was refused by customs and sent back. I sent a follow up email today bringing this to the merchants attention and the response was: what can we do? Send you a replacement? I’m not impressed, even if they send a replacement, im thinking the same issue will happen again. As a courtesy, I’m going to wait a full 30 days, if the order isn’t received by 09/06/26, I’ll be filing a credit card chargeback
