My unit arrived bent from FedEx in a badly damaged box. I sent a couple pictures of it all in and they immediately sent out a complete replacement that arrived within 5 days. Terrific response to the damaged goods.

Shipping was fast, I’ve always had good customer service, and it’s been my choice for my new yards water features. I previously got a solar fountain for my birdbath, and now I added the preformed pond bundle to my backyard and am very happy with them

The solar foundation is lovely- no power cord running to the house. All the nozzle options included in the kit give variety to the style. The motor is very quiet. You can use the included float ring to make sure the water is pulled from the top, not the sediment. This also makes sure the height of the spray is consistent from the top of the water. What we like most that other companies didn’t have was battery back-up for when clouds come past.

Poposoap products are very durable and work great! The filters are amazing and we love our L.E.D water fall kit. Customer service is also easy to reach and they picked up the phone call when I needed to speak with them. Everything was answered and responding emails were quick as well. I will continue to use poposoap for my pond and outdoor accessories :)

We love the Poposoapsolar company--their selection is huge and real people respond to your questions right away. Plus the online display is full of visual creative installations with all the product details. We found the perfect pump—a waterfall kit with 12” spillway & filter and LED lighting. Delivery was very timely. We were looking for a solution to our troubled pond. Unfortunately the troubles were larger than just a pump, filter and aeration. Our landscaper is currently making plans to fill in the concrete-base homemade-pond that we found when we moved in. However, this beautiful waterfall kit will be now be a gift to a talented friend for their multiple-acred landscaping. POPOSOAPSOLAR is the real deal!
