SCAM. Same as many others I wish I had read the reviews first. Charged my card and received no email or parts. Phone disconnected and email bounces back as Undeliverable.

Placed my order over a week ago. Got my email. When a few days passed and no tracking number, I tried to call and got the number was disconnected. Tried emailing and it bounced back as undeliverable. Checked the contact info on the domain and all were blocked but had been updated last month. Waited until a week and then submitted a claim on my credit card.

Ordered a small part start of sept. Received shipping info. Then received an email which looked like it was directly from the owner apologizing for any delays, he was short staffed and over worked. I replied and said no worries, I understood. Order is now almost a week late and no response from a couple of emails asking for update and after reading reviews here I called and number is out of service. I sent one last email but will back charge it if no response today.

Submitted an order and got nothing. My money was stolen and I do not get responses to my emails from support. I have been scammed like so many others, refer to BBB for reviews from clients with similar experiences.

Like others, placed an order, got an email confirmation, cc was charged, never shipped. Has been over a week and their live chat does not work, phone is now out of order and will not respond to emails. I am putting a fraud report in with my bank.

I ordered a part for a Hayward Valve(which no one else seems to have in stock).... my CC was charged, I was even given a ship date...Yet it is never shipped....they dont answer any e-mails...

Placed order and cc was charged 11 days ago. Nothing shipped. No one answers at customer service. Multiple email attempts to contact with no response. Order tracking page goes to an error page. Ridiculous banner saying "chat and phone lines out due to severe thunderstorms". How 1960s an excuse. Either they are out of business or this is a scam. Stay away.

This company is a sham! They confirmed an order, then failed to be able to deliver. Every time I tried to get an answer on when my order might ship, I received non-answers. My first call was answered by a gentleman with an Indian accent that had a rooster crowing in the background. Three business days later I called and spoke with a woman who was also not in the US. She could not answer when my order would ship, she said she would call the warehouse and call me back. Ultimately she emailed instead of called, claimed she lost power, and never got an answer from the warehouse. My third attempt was a chat via Facebook. Same non-answer. I gave them the chance to get an answer. The answer was: “hopefully it will ship next week”. This company may have better prices, but I would pay a little more to have a customer service team who can answer questions. This business represents a business model that should not be supported. Do yourself a favor, don’t order from them!
