-I ordered a Pool for $1,700 they charged me an extra $100 for "handling" so $1,800 total. -The website (poolsinc.com) says 3 to 8 days for arrival. -Bad communication -A 20% restocking fee on anything you order if cancelled, even if it never ships. -Use Covid 19 as an excuse for not shipping, then why does the website say 3-8 day arrival time (don't you think that is misleading to everyone that places an order expecting to have an item in 3-8 days? Are you unable to update your website for over 3 months?) Company keeps telling me different time lines for shipping. It stated on their website a 3-8 day arrival time, that turned into 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then i get a runaround of their supplier my be backed up, now they will not answer the phone. ***This is a scam. *** They will take your money as soon as you order and never ship the item but will charge you a 20% "restocking" fee if you cancel your order. They have 3 different business names Poolsinc, Pools Ect and Recreation Discount Wholesale Inc. All of them have very bad reviews and have an F rating with the BBB To top it all off they post FAKE reviews almost on a daily basis to bump their ratings up. Doesn't work. Using Covid-19 as an excuse is despicable. If that was truly the case then you would update it on your website and contact your customers that have orders in. It is unbelievable to me that the owner is not in jail but i'm sure it will happen soon.

Still have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ON A 2xxx.xx purchase every time I calll Debbie or Larry answers talking about they are going to have Shawn call or email but he’s hasn’t. Pool was supposed to be her ‘this week but now they saying next week I asked before I purchased the delivery time due to covid19 and they said up to 7 business days I still don’t have a tracking number and no info. I called today and if Shawn doesn’t call I’m thinking about a full refund. It really is sad that they SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FIOR OVER soo many year with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !

Scam! Do not give them your money! They will NOT ship they will NOT get you the tracking info as promised. I want my money back now you scumbags.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! The order was processed as being delivered in '3 - 5' days. It has been 4 weeks now, and "Shawn" (I think the only guys who works there because he is the only one who answers the phone and I've called about 40 times) goes from saying it's been shipped, to not having a tracking number, to promising me he'll send the tracking number that day, to no being able to get the tracking number, to 'I'm not sure if its shipped'. This is a scam folks, any positive reviews are probably bots.

Ordered $4k heating AND cooling heat pump. They shipped heating-only pump ($3k). Costed me $1k price difference and $1k labor. They simply stopped responding

I got lazy as I have had great experiences ordering on line the past two years and did not research this company first. Same experience as many others, repeated calls and emails all with same response as others. It was shipped, tracking number coming, etc. All lies. DO NOT BUY from this outfit. I find it very hard to believe anyone has a good experience with this company. They must be relatives writing in. For me, off to the BBB and state attorney general’s office. Hopefully I will get my money back. If there was a negative score you could give I would do a minus 5. Do not make my mistake.

I am alocal company in Minneapolis area , I called these people on the phone to place my order .after talking to the representative she told me to go to the website to place the order and it would be shipped in less than three days. I figured that with a three day turn around I still would have time to get the job done onetime for my customers party on the 23rd. the guy who runs the place Shawn told me he had a supplier problem and they where the hold up in getting my oder. how can anyone depend on these guys. they totally destroyed my relationship with my customer . I have advised my customer to tell others about this . they informed me that they won't be using my company to do the needed pool repair because of pools etc bad service and communication breakdown with customers.
